Having problems downloading?


Clearing your cache forces your computer to retrieve the newest information available from our website. This can help if you are having problems downloading your purchases.

Internet Explorer 8 and higher
1. From the Tools or Safety menu, select Delete browsing history. Note: If the menu bar is hidden, press the 'Alt' key to make it visible.
2. Un-tick Preserve Favourites website data, and select 'Temporary Internet files' or 'Temporary Internet files and website files'.
3. Click Delete.

Chrome
1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar (3 horizontal bars)
2. Select Tools (may be under 'More Tools').
3. Select 'Clear browsing data'.
4. In the dialog box that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
6. Click Clear browsing data.

Do you have a iPhone, iPad, Android Phone, or Tablet ?


You can not download directly to your phone or tablet

We would love for you to be able to do this, but at the moment our hands are tied as the technology on phones and tablets do not enable this at the moment.

If you would like to download to a phone or tablet please follow the instructions below. If you have problems contact us, we are here to help.

Once you have placed your order and paid you will be sent an email with the links. Please be patient as in some cases it can take a few hours to come through.

Instructions to download to a Android phone or tablet


You will need to download the files to desktop or laptop PC or Mac.

1) Click on the link in the email we send you and download the file to your windows downloads folder then
2) Open your Windows media player, iTunes or other media player
3) Import them into your Windows or media player library
4) Check you can play the downloaded file
5) Now connect via USB cable your Android phone to your PC/Mac and then synchronise your media libary to your Android phone.

Instructions to download to a iPhone/iPad


You will need to download the files to desktop or laptop PC or Mac.

1) Click on the link in the email we send you and download the file to your windows or Mac computer downloads folder then
2) Open iTunes
3) Import the downloaded fils into iTunes
4) Check you can play the downloaded file
5) Now connect via USB cable your iPhone to your PC/Mac and then synchronise iTunes to your iPhone/iPad

Instructions to download to a Nexus 7 Tablet


1) Click on the link in the email we send you. This will open, then close an internet browser and you will see the downloading symbol in the system tray (top of screen).
2) Once it has downloaded open 'File Manager' or browse through your folders to 'downloads' and find the MP3 file.
3) It will open with any MP3 player such as 'Google Play Music'.

How to download and open an PDF file on my Android device


1) Go Google Play store and download the Adobe Reader free app.
2) Install it on your phone.
3) Open Adobe reader to check it opens.
4) Click on the link we sent you.
5) It should download the pdf file to your APPS/DOWNLOADS/OTHER DOWNLOADS folder
6) Check the pdf file is there.
7) Then go back to PDF reader click on Documents
8) It should show up now with the pdf's you have downloaded. If you tried multiple times it is likely you will have multiple versions.
9) Open and read your pdf.

1) Click on the link in the email we send you and download the file to your Mac downloads folder then
2) Open your iTunes or alternate media player
3) Import the downloaded files into iTunes
4) Play the downloaded file

Instructions to download to a Windows PC


1) Click on the link in the email we send you and download the file to your windows downloads folder then
2) Open your Windows media player, iTunes or other media player
3) Import them into your Windows media player library (or alternative)
4) Play the downloaded file
